How will you handle differentiation ideas where there is likely IP involved, either design or utility patents in place?
Wherever possible, patent/IP infringement will be considered when producing the provided report. However, it is ultimately the client's responsibility to do their due diligence and ensure any of the provided recommendations do not infringe on any patents or IP before moving forward with production.
